SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do not worry if you receive something that is not as you imagined it. Returns after 15 days after receiving your order are allowed.
Drop us an email to email@example.com with title RETURN to let us know. We will give you all details to proceed with your return.
Please note that for getting a successful return our products have to arrive in perfect condition, unused and with its original package. Please keep in mind that any return costs are on you.

SHIPPING TO SPAIN
1. Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal
- Economy Shipping rate (Spain)
With this rate, whenever you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 p.m., your package will be delivered within a maximum of 72 hours, it may even arrive earlier. If you place your order later than that, for example on a Friday, your package will be shipped first thing next Monday (as long as that day is not a Bank Holiday).
Our courier company is GLS and is responsible for making these shipments. Shipping rate prices depend on the volume of your order. To find out about the cost of the shipment, go to your shopping cart and enter your address, mark Shipping 72h and the shipping costs will appear automatically.
- Urgent Shipping rate (Spain)
With this rate whenever you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 p.m. your package will be delivered next day. If you place your order on a Thursday after 4:00 p.m. or on Friday, your package will be delivered the following Monday at the latest (as long as that day is not a Bank Holiday).
Orders placed on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, will be shipped the following Monday and will arrive in 24 hours.
These shipments are made through GLS and its price depends on the volume of your order. To find out the cost of the shipment go to your shopping cart, enter the name of your city and mark Shipping 24h, the expenses will appear automatically.
- Claiming a tracking number
If you need a tracking number of your order, please do not hesitate to ask us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org | Please, specify TRACKING NUMBER on the subject of your e-mail, we will be happy to help you.
2. Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands
Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands are made with Certified Post and its price depends on the volume of your package.
To find out the cost, enter the name of your city and the shipping costs will appear automatically. Keep in mind that orders leave the store every day at 4:00 p.m. (always on weekdays).
Generally, shipping time is normally one week, although Correos does not provide an exact day of arrival.

We use as a shipping method for international orders, a registered mail service with tracking number and private courier service with air service; We will always choose the method that best fits in terms of prices and delivery times in your country. You will receive an email with your tracking number and information about the courier company that carries your package.
